A Stockist is also referred to as a "Wholesale Customer" or “Trade Customer”. They currently own a relevant business listed with the NZ Companies Register. They have a physical retail location based in New Zealand or overseas, and have an existing company account with us as a stockist or prospective stockist.
A Retail Customer is any member of the public who wishes to purchase (specifically available) product online through www.fourcornersnz.co.nz at the listed New Zealand Dollar (NZD) retail price.
Please note that most of our product is only available to order by our Trade Customers, except for product that appears in Designer Brands and SHOP Insta.
HOW DO I BECOME A STOCKIST?
Contact us to register your interest with us as a stockist through our website or email email@example.com. Online processing can take up to 72 hours.
You can request to be listed as a Stockist on our website at any time.
WHERE DO I VIEW YOUR STOCKIST LIST?
For information on stockists in your area, please refer to our Stockists page on our website. If you are unable to find a retailer near you, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
HOW CAN I PLACE A RETAIL ORDER?
There are 2 easy ways to place your order:
- By completing and submitting your order via our website on a secure order form.
- By visiting our Contact Us page or emailing us email@example.com. Please ensure you clearly write your contact name & telephone number, so we can easily contact you for payment.
HOW CAN I PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER?
There are 3 easy ways to place your order:
- By clicking on the Wholesale Login tab located on the top right hand side of our web page or in the bottom footer, and by entering your existing Username and Password. You must log-in to view and order our wholesale product range; wholesale prices are listed in NZD, freight and GST exclusive.
Some of our items have a minimum order quantity indicated as you order. You can submit your order via our website on a secure order form and allow upto 72 hours for online processing of your order.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER IF I LIVE OVERSEAS?
Absolutely and in the same way as if you were a Retail or Stockist (detailed above). The only difference will be the freight charges, delivery time frames and any applicable international duties, taxes and border charges.

WHERE DO I FIND THE JEWELLERY FEATURED IN A MAGAZINE?
Don’t we wish! With the recent decline in publications, it’s harder to find our jewellery featured in the old fashioned printed form. If the featured item is in stock, you may find it in "Our Looks | Publications" section of the website.
If a featured style is out of stock, it will be marked as “Sold Out”, have no link to purchase or it will not be featured for sale on our website.
WHY IS AN ITEM UNAVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Due to demand or late delivery of products we may be out of stock of an item you may have viewed previously on our website. In this case, the item will not appear on our website.

WHY DOES THE COLOUR OF THE ITEM I RECEIVED VARY SLIGHTLY FROM THE ONE PICTURED?
We do our best to ensure the colours on our website are as close to the item featured however there may always be some variation. We don't guarantee that all the colours in any particular item are truly representative of it.
WHAT DOES “PRE ORDER” MEAN?
Items listed as “Pre Order” on our website mean they may be ordered and paid for immediately but they will not be delivered for up to ten working days after we have received your order. We will not charge you until the goods are about to be dispatched.
Most "Pre Order" items are available for our Trade Customers only.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES LISTED IN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
All wholesale or retail prices displayed on our website are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Products displayed on the website can be purchased using the secure online MasterCard and Visa transaction facility, by Internet Banking, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept Diners Club and American Express, overseas credit cards without bank authorisation, money orders or personal cheques.
CAN I GET MY ORDER SENT FREIGHT FREE?
We don’t offer a freight free option at the moment.
WHEN WILL I GET MY DELIVERY?
Generally within 2 – 3 working days for NZ metro locations. Allow 3 – 5 working days for rural delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We accept returns for the purpose of a fault in the product only, but not for an exchange or change of mind.

WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING HOURS?
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to speak to someone, we are open from Monday to Friday during standard business hours.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE IN THE JEWELLERY?
We endeavour to use high quality materials where possible. We use glass stones, some Swarovski glass (where stated), resin, alloy and stainless steel for our jewellery. To the best of our knowledge, metal alloy, iron, brass and aluminum are used for the chains and are lead, nickel and cadmium free.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “DROP LENGTH”?
We have measured all of our products in centimeters so you can get an approximate idea of how big an item is, or how long it is. For example, a necklace could be 50cms total, which means it will sit approximately 25cms below the neck.
For an earring, the “cms” noted next to each item refers to the total length of an earring, once it is worn.
WHAT DOES “DESIGNED AND MADE BY FOUR CORNERS” MEAN?
We product develop, source and import jewellery materials to make the Four Corners range. All items made by Four Corners are subject to copyright belonging to Four Corners. We can customize some styles to suit specific requirements.
WHAT DOES THE COPYRIGHT SYMBOL MEAN IN A PRODUCT’S ITEM DESCRIPTION?
Any item for sale on our website that has been marked as “Jewellery Design© (named year eg: 2020) Four Corners (NZ)” remains the exclusive and sole ownership of Four Corners.
We maintain the ownership of any product that we have designed and/or developed in New Zealand regardless of whether it is made in New Zealand or overseas. No physical part or design concept of our jewellery may be reproduced (manufactured, copied or modified) in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Four Corners.
CAN I USE YOUR WEBSITE PHOTOS WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION?
No, not without asking. We have engaged the professional services of a photographer to take all of our product shots featured on our website. These images remain the copyright of Four Corners and can not be downloaded and used commercially.

IS THE WEBSITE SECURE?
