Should you have a problem Contact Us as soon as possible. Provide us with as much information as you can (including photos). Four Corners will not accept responsibility for an item sent back to us; claimed as being faulty, without prior written notification from the customer.

We will do the following:
Replace or refund any item within a 6 month warranty period from the date of purchase, deemed to have a fault.

Accept returns for the purpose of fault only, but not for an exchange or change of mind.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that appears to be damaged by the recipient, due to lack of care or disregard of care as per our product care label.

We may ask you to provide us with a proof of purchase receipt.

If refunded:
You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction plus the cost of postage back to us within New Zealand only.

All refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, i.e. credit card.

We offer a paid repair service on most items.

RETURNS PROCESS:

Ensure the returned item is reasonably packaged in either tissue or bubble wrap.

Write a detailed note with your name, phone number, email address, physical address and specifics about the product deemed to have a fault.

If repair costs apply we will email you with the final cost.

We require written consent from you (via email) and payment before any repair work commences.

Once the repair is complete, your item will be sent back to you within New Zealand only.
