TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY
These Terms & Conditions (as detailed below) govern the usage for all Internet users visiting the www.fourcornersnz.co.nz website (“Website”) and for all customers who use any goods, products or services that we provide as Four Corners Online Service (“Services”) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Four Corners. We are a New Zealand owned and operated company.
Your use of our Website and/or Services by accessing, browsing or placing an order on this website shows your agreement to be bound by the associated terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (Terms & Conditions) outlined on our website.
Four Corners reserve the right to the following conditions listed below:
To make changes to our site including product photography, product description and prices. These changes will take effect from the time they are published on this site.
To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.
That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
Take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
ORDERS
When you place an order, we will require your name, your home or work address (and Company name), billing country, delivery address, phone number and email address, and your credit/debit card details. This information is required in order to process your order.
After placing an order online, we will email you a confirmation that your order has been received. This is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.
Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.
CHANGING AN ORDER
Unfortunately no changes to orders can be made after they have been submitted.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been received and processed you will be able to track it by contacting us for your tracking number at hello@fourcornersnz.co.nz.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer International Delivery on wholesale and retail orders.
Once you select the “International Delivery” option at the time of check-out we will contact you via phone with International Shipping Rate information including estimated delivery timeframes. Four Corners may decline sending an order internationally, depending on the location.
We use TNT, Fedex, DHL and NZ Post to complete all international orders, all courier deliveries can be tracked.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES AND BORDER CHARGES
As we ship internationally for both retail and wholesale orders, be aware that extra fees (government imposed duty charges and taxes) will need to be paid as per your order.
Duty charges, tax and border charges incurred are applicable to the specific policies of the receiver’s country and fall outside the jurisdiction and responsibility of Four Corners. Any taxes, duties and custom fees into any country outside of New Zealand, are the sole responsibility of the receiver and payable in the receiver’s local currency.
PRICE, CURRENCY AND GST
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST) for retail customers, by default.
All prices displayed in our stockist section of the website are in $NZD and exclude GST and freight. You must be logged in as a Stockist (trade customer) to view and order at wholesale prices.
Orders will be processed in $NZD at the time of publication.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Products displayed on the site can be purchased using the secure online MasterCard and Visa transaction facility, or by Internet Banking, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We do not accept Diners Club and American Express, overseas credit cards without bank authorisation, money orders or personal cheques.
The www.fourcornersnz.co.nz website uses SSL technology that scrambles all confidential payment data entered by you.
Any orders received by Four Corners through this website constitute offers and are subject to acceptance by Four Corners in its absolute discretion. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Offers on sale items are available until stocks sell out. All orders are subject to availability of stock and confirmation of the order price.
Items listed as “Pre Order” on our website may be ordered and paid for immediately. Delivery on these specific pre order items are subject to a delay of upto 10 working days while they are received and processed into our warehouse. If delivery is delayed beyond the specified 10 working days, we will contact you. Pre Order items are eligible for a refund under these circumstances only.
PRODUCT DETAILS
We take a reasonable effort to ensure that all information and product photography on this site is accurate and kept up-to-date. Any description of the goods is given by way of identification only. We do not warrant that the description of goods, approximate measurements or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.
PRODUCT PICTURES
All colours of products and product photography are representative only and are reproduced as accurately as possible. A slight variation may occur in colour, dimension and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
PRODUCT COPYRIGHT
Any item for sale on our website that has been marked as “Jewellery Design © (named year eg: 2020) Four Corners (NZ)” remains the exclusive and sole ownership of Four Corners.
We maintain the ownership of any product that we have designed and/or developed in New Zealand regardless of whether it is made in New Zealand or overseas. No physical part or design concept of our jewellery may be reproduced (manufactured, copied or modified) in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Four Corners.
COMPETITIONS (FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM)
Any Four Corners competition promoted on the Four Corners Facebook or Instagram page is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Any information you provide will only be used for the specific competitions purposes and Four Corners will not disclose your information to anyone else.
Facebook & Instagram competitions are open to NZ residents who like the Four Corners Facebook or Instagram page only.
Winners are selected or drawn by Four Corners at the time and date specified on the post and the decision is final. Winners will either be named, tagged, emailed or a message will be posted on our Facebook or Instagram as post to our page or as a comment under the original competition post.
Winners full names may be used to announce the winners on Facebook, however, no other personal details will be used. It is the winner’s responsibility to respond to Four Corners by emailing us at hello@fourcornersnz.co.nz, messaging us on Facebook or via direct message to Instagram @fourcornersjewellery.
If a winner does not respond within one week of the original contact an alternative winner may be drawn. Once the winner responds Four Corners will arrange delivery of the prize to a NZ address only. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other Four Corners product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
The Website www.fourcornersnz.co.nz , its content images,photography, text, site design, logos, and graphics and any other content and software on this site, including their arrangement, selection and assembly, are the property of Four Corners, unless specified otherwise. You must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish or distribute any material on this web site or create any other material using material on this web site, without obtaining our prior written consent, with the sole exception of pinning an image on Pinterest.
Unauthorised use of the images, designs and other materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and may result in criminal or civil proceedings and penalties.
If you are a Four Corners stockist and require images, logos or associated graphics for marketing or merchandising purposes please Contact Us.
USE OF THE SERVICE BY YOU
Your right to use the Service is personal to you. You may not authorise others to use the Service, and you are responsible for all of your own use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever suffered by you arising directly or indirectly from any breach of contract or any negligence by us. Our liability for any loss, damage or injury to you shall not in aggregate exceed the contract price of the goods supplied.
Four Corners will not in any case be liable for any lost profit (direct or indirect), deletion or corruption of electronically or digitally stored information or incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with this website, the content and the products and services available or accessible on the website.
GOVERNING LAW
Any agreement arising between us shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under the agreement or related to this site shall be dealt with by the courts of New Zealand.
